How it works

1. pre-work (prior to the website week)

You’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can understand your goals, frustrations, and priorities. I’ll also review your existing site in advance, so we start the week with context and direction.

2. design week (5 focused days)

I block out the week exclusively for your project. No distractions. No juggling clients. I’ll work through the agreed refresh items inside Squarespace, sharing progress as we go. This is a collaborative process, but intentionally contained to keep momentum.

3. refinement & handover

By the end of the week, you’ll have a refreshed Squarespace site that feels clearer, more intentional, and more aligned with your business today.

  • Website Refresh Week is ideal if you already have a Squarespace website that’s fundamentally sound but needs refinement, clarity, or visual elevation. If you’re looking for a full rebrand or a completely new site from scratch, another service may be more suitable.

  • Not at all. We’ll start with what’s in place, and I’ll advise on anything that would be helpful to have during the week.

  • The refresh typically focuses on layout, typography, colour refinement, visual hierarchy, and structure across key pages such as the homepage and main service pages. The exact scope is agreed in advance so the week remains focused and achievable.

  • Website Refresh Week doesn’t include full rebrands, extensive copywriting, complex custom functionality, or large-scale page builds. If something sits outside the scope, I’ll always let you know in advance and suggest an alternative.

  • The design week focuses on improving flow, clarity, and decision-making across key pages. While outcomes vary depending on traffic and messaging, the structure is intentionally designed to support stronger engagement and conversion.

  • You’ll need to be available for light check-ins and feedback during the week, but this isn’t a hands-on or time-heavy commitment. The process is designed to move efficiently without requiring constant input.

  • A defined timeframe encourages clarity and decisive design. It allows us to focus on what truly matters without the project dragging on or losing momentum.

  • Light copy edits and refinements are often part of the process, particularly where structure or clarity is concerned. Full copywriting from scratch isn’t included but can be discussed separately if needed.

  • That’s completely fine. If you’re unsure, submit the enquiry form and I’ll let you know honestly whether Website Refresh Week is the best fit, or if another approach would serve you better.

  • A 50% deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is due after implementation and prior to launch.
