How it works

1. pre-work (prior to the website week)


You’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can review your business, brand, and website in advance.

2. 90 Min brand clarity session


We’ll explore what’s working, what feels misaligned, and where the real opportunity lies, translating instinct and experience into clear direction.

3. CLARITY summary and STRATEGIC visual direction


After the session, I’ll create a written summary of our discussion alongside a Strategic Visual Direction - a curated visual snapshot that translates our strategic thinking into a clear look and feel.

  • It’s a curated visual snapshot that translates our strategic thinking into a clear look and feel. It helps express the tone, texture, and overall direction of your brand without locking anything in or jumping straight to finished design.

  • No. The Strategic Visual Direction is intended as a reference point, not a final identity. It’s designed to guide future design work and ensure decisions are aligned, whether you continue into a full rebrand or take things forward later.

  • Yes. Many clients book this session to gain clarity before deciding what to do next. There’s no pressure to continue, and the session is valuable in its own right.

  • If you proceed into a full brand identity project with me, the cost of the Brand Clarity Session is deducted from the total project fee. The strategic work we’ve already done forms the foundation for the next stage.

  • You’ll receive both within a few working days of the session.

  • That’s completely fine. If you’re unsure, submit the enquiry form and I’ll let you know honestly whether Website Refresh Week is the best fit, or if another approach would serve you better.

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. This secures your session and allows me to complete the pre-work in advance.
